Processing Time

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your package’s journey on the carrier's website. Please note that Take It Slow Co. is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can assist you.
• For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Take It Slow Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Address

If you’ve entered the wrong address, email us at letstakeitslow.co@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll do our best to correct the error.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot offer refunds or take responsibility for incorrect addresses. If the package is returned to us, you will have two options:

1. Receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
2. Pay additional shipping costs to have the package sent to the correct address.
